Firefox to Safari History Converter
History Converter lets you import your entire Firefox 3 history into Safari 4 on Mac OS X.
Firefox stores history in a file called places.sqlite, located in your Firefox profile directory. This file is a SQLite database which cannot be directly imported into Safari.
History Converter queries the Firefox database for history, including the view count, date, url and title of site. The history is exported from Firefox 3, converted and automatically imported into Safari 4.
