Nights Sleep Timing Enhanced
Nights v1.20, the latest update to the iPhone app which helps you to track your sleeping pattern, has been approved and is available from the App Store.
The update includes enhancements to the timing engine, allowing you to exit application, and continue timing your sleeping pattern in the ‘background’. This new feature also allows you to use the iPhone’s built-in alarm clock while simultaneously running a Nights session to track your sleep.
Additionally, some minor updates were added to this release such as reordering the Sleep history, improving usability and making it easier to find and edit your latest night of sleep logged.
