Dream Notes and Ratings

Nights Sleep Tracking utility has been updated to version 1.30. The major part of this release is a new Notes feature to help you capture extra details about your dreams.

New features:

• New Dream 'Notes' Mode to record any important details of your sleep
• Rate the quality of your sleep using the Star slider
• Log how you feel using Emoticon Smilies
• Restyled Statistics view for improved clarity
• Sleep total added in HIstory list
