Hello! My name is Matt. I am an actor, model, and bartender from Nashville, TN. I am into music production, yoga, fitness, travelling, and concerts. I graduated with a business degree from American University in Washington, DC. After graduation, I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in acting, so I began to search for housing on the West Coast. I had just secured a job remotely, and I had two weeks to find a place to live. I initially wasn’t even searching for a co-living community! Fast forward nearly three years, and I am so profoundly grateful for Cohaus and how it has positively impacted my time in LA. I even manage one of the properties in Koreatown now! I have made lasting friendships with many of my housemates and I couldn’t be happier with my Cohaus experience.

I currently work in apparel production at a clothing company based in LA. I enjoy all things art, fashion and outdoors. I moved into Cohaus with the desire to meet a new community of people. I am grateful to have lived in such a beautiful living space with an affordable price that included all new amenities, a convenient cleaning service, along with basic needs provided. My experience at Cohaus was a great one that gave me the comfort I was seeking both in a living space and in the people I lived with. I joined Cohaus because they have a very easy, welcoming, and clean living environment. You can easily be in community with others, while also having your own private space to work and wind down. It has also been an affordable all inclusive option in such an expensive city. The large outdoor area has been a favorite of mine to soak up the sun while getting work done at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a chill space to share with others.

I decided to join Cohaus to meet new people and have a modern living space in the city at a good price. I’ve been fortunate to make many new friends here and share some really memorable times. It’s also been super convenient to have free full-size in-house laundry machines, a maid, and no utility or internet bills, quite a luxury in LA.

I travel a lot for work and work odd hours. Work takes up a lot of my time. To have a community at my living space is a wonderful thing. The fact thatI pay one bill for everything is fantastic. Internet, gardener, housekeeping, water, power all included. The house I live in is designed really well, with awesome appliances.I couldn't be happier.

When trying to find budget friendly but a peaceful and friendly environment where I can work and enjoy my time on west side of LA, I came across the Cohaus. Meeting community manager (Alex) and 1-2 guys who were living there at the time I immediately fell in love with the rental and decided to stay here.
